Halloween Parade & Festival

Children can dress up, join the parade, trick-or-treat at participating businesses and play games at the festival. Activities include bounce houses, costume contests, dancing with a DJ, games and prizes. Free event for Glen Cove residents.

• Time: 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
• Location: 100 Village Square, Glen Cove, NY 11542
• Admission: Free
• Parking: Free parking available in the Brewster Street parking garage

Event Highlights:

• Children’s Halloween Parade: Open to all! Dress up in your best Halloween costumes and march through Glen Cove! The parade begins in the Staples parking lot (at Highland and School St.) and will wind through downtown.
• Costume Contest: Open to children ages 12 and under. Prizes will be awarded in the categories of ages 0-4, 5-8, 9-12, Scariest, and Most Creative costumes. Contest begins at 2:30 PM. Please register ahead of time by getting FREE Ticket on this page. Quantity should match the amount of kids you are registering. Registration will be available day of but might have a waiting period. All registrations are cut off at 2:00PM.
• Pie Eating Contest: Open to children ages 8-14. Please register ahead of time by getting FREE Ticket on this page. Quantity should match the amount of kids you are registering. Registration will be available day of but might have a waiting period. All registrations are cut off at 2:00PM. 
• Festival Fun: Enjoy a variety of activities including games, pony rides, bounce houses, music from a live DJ, and trick-or-treating at participating local businesses.
