Solid 70s Rocks Glen Cove on New Year’s Eve
On New Year’s Eve, downtown Glen Cove was the place to be to ring in 2022. Solid 70s Band took the stage for the final concert of 2021, a bonus concert presented by the Downtown Sounds Concert Series. Several hundred people gathered near Village Square to enjoy the live music outdoors in mild weather. Basile Electric created a sign so attendees could count down to the new year, and Starbucks supplied free coffee and hot cocoa to keep people warm.
