He called his project “The Eyrie” after the red-tailed hawks that nested above the Dundee Hills vineyard. Nearly sixty years later\, Eyrie remains one of Oregon’s most important and beloved estates — still family-run\, still farming without chemicals\, and still making Pinot Noirs that are graceful\, nuanced\, and built to age. This tasting offers a rare opportunity to experience five of Eyrie’s single-vineyard bottlings side by side: Sisters\, Outcrop\, Roland Green\, The Eyrie\, and Daphne. Each site has its own voice\, and together they tell the story of the Dundee Hills through Pinot Noir.
